About the Role:
In this position, you will play a key role in sourcing and coordinating livestock sales while providing expert advice to farmers. Your ability to build strong relationships will be crucial to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with farmers, both buyers and sellers.
• Assess, negotiate, and coordinate sales.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Represent the company at sales, trade events, and industry gatherings.
• Maintain accurate records and reports on transactions.

What We’re Looking For:

• A degree in Agriculture or a related field is an advantage
• Sales Experience desirable
• Experience in agriculture, farming, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of livestock breeds and market values.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently while also being a team player.
• A full driving licence and willingness to travel as required.
