About the Role:
In this position, you will play a key role in sourcing and coordinating livestock sales while providing expert advice to farmers. Your ability to build strong relationships will be crucial to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with farmers, both buyers and sellers.
- Assess, negotiate, and coordinate sales.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Represent the company at sales, trade events, and industry gatherings.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on transactions.
What We’re Looking For:
- A degree in Agriculture or a related field is an advantage
- Sales Experience desirable
- Experience in agriculture, farming, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of livestock breeds and market values.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently while also being a team player.
- A full driving license and willingness to travel as required.
