Stock Description: A lovely group of Organic homebred freshly calved Holstein Friesian heifers that are just getting going. They all calved from mid/late November until late December.

Production Capacity: They are bred from a split block calving herd that is moving totally to spring calving. They are all Ai sired by Cogent North American Sires. They have the production genetics in them once mature to perform very well on a more intensive feeding system. This farm grazes extensively and they are fed about one tonne of concentrates and grass silage in the winter.

Age & Lactation: All calved at 27 months of age

TB Status: TB tested and ready to move

Health Status: The herd is fully vaccinated and Johnes monitored. None of the heifers for sale are out of high risk cows. The herd is fully health monitored and sells to Arla on an organic contract.

Unique Selling Point:

Organic registered cattle.
Freshly calved heifers, so will put milk in the tank straight away.
Well grown heifers that will mature into real cow makers.
