Very nice group of crossbred in calf heifers for sale here, predominantly in-calf to AI with a select few in-calf to a stock bull. These are calving down in the late spring, with 8 in March, 13 in April and 7 in May.

The maintenance index for this group is at €28 which suggests an average mid lactation weight of approximately 500kgs. These heifers are a strong type and are clearly well on target to achieving this.

PTA figures for this group are also predicting capabilities of producing 4.85% Fat and 3.97% Protein.

This group are being sold due to surplus stock due to a high fertility rate within the herd. They are currently housed on cubicles.

Vaccinations for this group include Lepto, Salmonella and IBR.

A very nice group of heifers here coming from a reliable herd source, offering an opportunity to increase milk quality in late Spring.
