About the Role:
In this position, you will play a key role in sourcing and coordinating the sale of livestock while providing expert advice to farmers. Your ability to build strong relationships will be crucial to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with farmers both buyers and sellers.
- Assess, negotiate, and coordination of sales.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Represent the company at sales, trade events, and industry gatherings.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on transactions.
What We’re Looking For:
- Degree in Agriculture or related field an advantage
- Sales Experience desirable
- Experience in agriculture, farming, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of livestock breeds, EBI and market values.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently while also being a team player.
- A full driving license and willingness to travel as required.
