Accounts Administrator


Due to further expansion, Grasstec Group are recruiting an Accounts Administrator.   The role is from 12 – 5.30 Monday to Friday which could potentially go to full-time hours.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Creation of Sales Orders and all associated documentation
  • Maintaining accurate records of all customers and supplier details using our CRM System
  •  Sourcing and Ordering of Stock in a timely manner – creation of all Purchase Orders
  • Planning, coordinating and monitoring the receipt and dispatch of goods
  • Ensure orders are packed and safe for transportation
  • Maintaining up-to-date stock control systems and ensuring inventories are accurate.
  • Generating regular reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis;
  • Maintaining standards of health and safety, hygiene and security in the work environment.
  • Liaising with customers, suppliers and transport companies.
  • Ensure systems are up to date, all paperwork is completed, and all required information is documented and filed accordingly
  • Other clerical duties assigned


  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Experience of using SAGE
